For this show, being number 10 as well as being the threshold I’d set for myself as a goal before moving forward with adding the show to the various podcast outlets, I wanted to do something different. Casting about for ideas on who to have on the show it occurred to me I was being a bit selfish… Always asking questions of guests but never opening up myself, sharing about my own past history with work, values and goals.
So I approached my guest from the very first episode, the indomitable Shane Murphy, with the concept that perhaps he could interview ME instead of me having someone else on the show. He agreed, with the caveat that he be free to deviate from the high level script and probe as needed. I agreed, and we were off to the races. Hope you enjoy!
